Potential win: Columbus Blue Jackets (at PHI)

The Blue Jackets (85 points; two games remaining) are still in contention for the second wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference after the Montreal Canadiens (89 points; one game remaining) had a shootout loss to the Chicago Blackhawks on Monday. Columbus has won four straight games, with the past three victories coming from rookie Jet Greaves, who had a 1.00 goals-against average, .968 save percentage and one shutout over that span while essentially facing elimination. Per NHL EDGE stats, Greaves has stopped 28 of 29 high-danger shots faced (.966 high-danger save percentage), as well as 24 of 25 midrange shots faced (.960 midrange save percentage) during his winning streak. The Philadelphia Flyers are 4-16-0 (.200) this season when trailing first at home. -- Troy Perlowitz

Chance at fewest goals allowed: St. Louis Blues (vs. UTA)

The Blues can clinch a spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the 46th time in franchise history if they beat the Utah Hockey Club in regulation on Tuesday. Goalie Joel Hofer (16-8-3, 2.64 goals-against average, 904 save percentage) has allowed two or fewer goals in six of his past seven starts and has a 2.40 GAA and .919 SV% at home (compared to a 2.85 GAA, .889 save percentage on the road). Jordan Binnington (27-22-5, 2.71 goals-against average, .900 save percentage) has struggled lately, but also has better numbers at home (2.63 GAA, .903 SV%) compared to the road (2.82 GAA, .896 SV%). The Blues are tied for the sixth-fewest goals allowed per game (2.36) since the 4 Nations Face-Off (Feb. 22) and they have the fifth-best penalty kill percentage (82.0) over that span. Per NHL EDGE stats, Hofer is in the 92nd percentile in long-range save percentage (.987). -- Chris Meaney

Chance at most saves: Calgary Flames (vs. VGK)

The Calgary Flames, who have two games remaining, need to defeat the Vegas Golden Knights and also get some help from the Anaheim Ducks (at Minnesota Wild) and/or the Utah Hockey Club (at St. Louis Blues) on Tuesday to remain in Stanley Cup Playoff contention. Rookie goalie Dustin Wolf, who's likely to be a finalist for the Calder Trophy this season, has a .910 save percentage in 52 games this season and also three shutouts, each coming at home. The Flames have everything to play for, while the Golden Knights have already clinched the Pacific Division title and could rest some players, including top forward Jack Eichel (upper body; day to day). Vegas is averaging the fourth-most shots on goal per game (30.1) this season, and, per NHL EDGE stats, Wolf ranks 10th among qualifying goalies in high-danger save percentage (.827) this season. -- Pete Jensen
