When do Commemorative Ticket go on sale?
24 hours before every home game, tickets become available for purchase. These are collectable pieces and do not allow entry into the arena.
How long will it take to receive my ticket?
Once you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a separate email with tracking information.
For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes up to 14 business days from the date of purchase. For international orders, please allow 17–20 business days for delivery.
Does every ticket include an Augmented Reality experience?
Every Physical Collectible Ticket will include an AR experience. Personalized Commemorative Tickets do not include an Augmented Reality experience.
To access this experience, scan the QR code located on the back of your ticket to activate your Augmented Reality experience. An internet connection is required to ensure smooth use of the AR features.
What’s the difference between a Collectible Ticket and a Personalized Ticket?
The Collectible Ticket features the seat location of your original game ticket and includes an exclusive interactive Augemented Reality experience.
The Personalized Ticket features a photo you upload from the event! This ticket does not include an Augemented Reality experience.
