Each Season Seat Member has a designated Account Manager as your first point of contact. We also have a general phone line and email address should your Account Manager be out of the office.

Both email and phone lines are monitored during the hours below:

Nongame days: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Game days: 9am to puck drop

Weekend game days 4 hours before doors open

My Sens Account is available 24/7 and can be used to trade, transfer, and resell your tickets. You can also visit My Sens Account to manage your season seats, buy extra tickets, and view your invoice.
