Since 1964, Impacct Brooklyn has been assisting low income Brooklyn tenants, local merchants, and homeowners. Impaacct Brooklyn builds, restores, and preserves quality housing and education services to eradicate housing insecurity and keep residents rooted in Brooklyn.

Since 1964, Harlem School of the Arts has been a sanctuary for young people in Harlem to explore their creative potential. Each year, over 2,500 youth receive instruction in dance, music, theatre, and design from world-class teaching artists.

Alicia serves as the Chief Executive Officer at KIPP NYC where she has led KIPP NYC to significant growth, improvement and excellence.
