Columbus Blue Jackets:They acquired valuable center Matt Duchene from the Ottawa Senators on Friday, boosting the fantasy value of a player already ranked among the top 50 overall and making Columbus a legitimate Stanley Cup contender. The trade should have a positive impact on goalie Sergei Bobrovsky, defenseman Seth Jones and the Blue Jackets' secondary scoring for the rest of the season. Columbus now enters the top 10 best fantasy teams, but that could change if it decides to move elite left wing Artemi Panarin prior to the NHL Trade Deadline on Monday at 3 p.m. ET.

Boston Bruins: They acquired Charlie Coyle from the Minnesota Wild on Wednesday, adding depth to their forward group. With elite right wing David Pastrnak (thumb) out, Coyle has a legitimate chance to skate on the top line with elite forwards Brad Marchand and Patrice Bergeron. Even skating on the second line with center David Krejci and left wing Jake DeBrusk could make Coyle fantasy-relevant for the remainder of the season. With Tuukka Rask rising to No. 2 in NHL.com's goalie rankings, DeBrusk on a five-game goal streak, defenseman Charlie McAvoy bouncing back and the Bruins having points in 10 straight games, they have entered the top three of the power rankings.
Minnesota Wild:They acquired forward
Ryan Donato
from the Bruins, and he made an immediate impact with two assists, one on the power play, in his debut against the New York Rangers on Thursday. Donato hasn't moved the needle yet for the Wild in NHL.com's power rankings but is worth rostering in deeper leagues and streaming as a value play in FanDuel DFS contests. If the Wild get defenseman Matt Dumba (upper body) back before the end of the regular season and goalie Devan Dubnyk improves, they could move up in the weeks to come.
