A parking pass is required to enter any of the UBS Arena parking areas on game days. 

Prepaid parking passes for Emerald Parking can be purchased via ParkWhiz up to two hours before puck drop. UBS Arena attendees can also purchase a parking pass upon entering Emerald Parking, but we strongly encourage you to prepay for parking for a faster entry.

A prepaid parking pass is required to enter Diamond Parking, Ruby Parking, Silver Parking, and the Belmont Park Garage. Prepaid parking passes for these parking areas are not available to the general public and parking passes cannot be purchased at entry. Please note, UBS Arena attendees who park in the Belmont Park Garage without a prepaid parking pass will be charged $125 upon exit.

For car access UBS Arena parking, please take the following Cross Island Parkway Exits:

• Emerald Parking: Exit 26D
• Belmont Park Garage: Exit 26A
• Silver Parking: Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
• Diamond Parking: Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)
• Ruby Parking: Exit 26B (Hempstead Turnpike East)

The following vehicles are not permitted to occupy lined parking spaces:

• Limousines
• Buses
• Taxis/black car services/ride share drop-offs and pickups
• The lease with Empire State Development prohibits tailgating at UBS Arena.

Charter buses, limousines, and oversized vehicles should email [email protected] for arrival coordination and information, no less than 72 hours prior to an event.

Parking opens 3.5 hours prior to events and 90 minutes after events, unless otherwise stated.

We have designated parking available for guests with disabilities. We encourage guests to purchase parking in advance online.

Diamond Parking

There are 28 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible vans are available for transportation from Diamond Parking to the arena.

Emerald Parking

There are 36 accessible parking spaces available with adjacent access aisles. ADA-accessible shuttle vans and buses, including two dedicated shuttle vans for on-demand service, will be available for transportation from Emerald Parking to the Arena.

ADA-accessible shuttles will run on a regular schedule while parking areas are open. Parking opens 3.5 hours prior to events and closes 90 minutes after events, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that all guests with disabilities who park in the accessible parking spots must have a valid disabled parking permit and/or plate on their vehicle.

Rideshare drop off and pick up location, in addition to the general drop off and pick up location, is accessed via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D only and is located on the north side of the arena.
