New this season, your Season Ticket Member Discount Card and Sabrebucks Loyalty Card are consolidated. Your digital card is now added to your ticket inventory on your Sabres Full or Half-Season Account. You will be able to add your Season Ticket Member Discount Card and Sabrebucks Loyalty Card to your phones digital wallet. To do so, follow these steps:

Who is eligible to receive Sabrebucks this year?

Full and Half-Season Ticket Members will be receiving a Sabrebucks Loyalty Card for the 2024-25 season.

How much will I be getting on my Sabrebucks?

All Full Season Ticket Members will receive a Sabrebucks Loyalty Card in the amount of 2% of their total season ticket cost. All Half-Season Members will receive a Sabrebucks Loyalty Card in the amount of 1% of their total ticket cost.

Where can I use my Sabrebucks?

As a Canadian, what is the exchange rate on the Sabrebucks?

Sabrebucks will be loaded in U.S. Funds. Exchange rate is not applicable.

Does the Sabrebucks Expire?

Yes. 2024-25 Sabrebucks Loyalty Card will expire on June 30, 2025. Once the expiration date passes, any unused funds will not carry over to future seasons.

Can I transfer my Sabrebucks Loyalty Card?

No. The Sabrebucks Loyalty Card is non-transferrable.

How do I find out what balance I have on my Sabrebucks?

You can request a balance check at any concession stand or at the Sabres Store. After you make a purchase, the remaining balance on your Sabrebucks Loyalty Card will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.

Can I purchase additional Sabrebucks?

What happens if my card is stolen?

Contact Buffalo Sabres Customer Service at 1-888-467-2273 if you believe your digital card has been lost, stolen, or compromised, and we will cancel your card and reissue you another one.

Who is responsible for the card value if my card is lost or stolen?

Sabrebucks should be treated just like cash. In the event the card is lost or stolen, you must report the card as missing. Any value used in the interim is the sole responsibility of the cardholder; you are responsible for any usage from the time the card is lost, to the time of reported loss. Any funds still in your card account will be transferred to your new replacement card.
