Terry Loewen

Terry Loewen is a distinguished homebuilding professional with more than 30 years of experience. He is president and CEO of Loewen Legacy Homes, a company he founded in 2025 to provide custom homes, affordable townhomes and renovation services in Central Alberta. From 2017 to 2024, Loewen served as Board Chair of the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre, guiding the organization’s mission to support child abuse victims through strategic leadership and community collaboration. He was recognized as the BILD–CA Industry Icon in 2020 for his exceptional contributions.

Loewen is passionate about giving back to Oil Country, using his expertise to advance initiatives that support vulnerable populations and youth hockey, ensuring effective resource allocation and lasting impact. His strategic leadership strengthens the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation’s mission to foster vibrant, sustainable communities. Oil Country’s close-knit spirit and shared love of hockey inspired Loewen’s dedication to driving collective efforts for positive change.
