NHL players break out costumes for Hockey Halloween 

It’s the most wonderful time of the fear. All is calm, and all is fright. The NHL stars’ costumes have given us pumpkin to talk about. Orange you ready for it?

Chicago Blackhawks captain Nick Foligno made fans do a double take as he dressed up as Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni. The Eagles head coach then returned the favor and dressed as Foligno on Halloween.

Connor Bedard and Frank Nazar dressed up as “Thing 6” and “Thing 7” in nod to the viral “67” trend.

Vegas Golden Knights forwards William Karlsson and Reilly Smith had a dream to dress like ABBA with their wives.

New Jersey Devils forward Arseny Gritsyuk brought the boos with his ghost costume.

Colorado Avalanche mascot Bernie rocked a backpack as he dressed up like defenseman Brent Burns.

Philadelphia Flyers mascot Gritty broke out the headband to dress as Ben Stiller’s character from the movie “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.”

Detroit Red Wings players Albert Johansson, Simon Edvinsson and Elmer Soderblom wore Ninja Turtle costumes. Cam Talbot dressed up as a dalmatian to his wife’s Cruella de Vil.

Florida Panthers defenseman Jeff Petry and his flock flew together as characters from “The Mighty Ducks.”
