Price cheers Canadiens

The Montreal Canadiens saw a familiar face around their locker room this week.

Carey Price attended the Canadiens' 4-2 win against the Vancouver Canucks at Rogers Arena on Tuesday.

Television cameras caught the goalie watching the game from a suite in the arena.

On Monday, Price attended the team's practice and hung with the players afterwords. The Canadiens posted a video of him joking around with players on social media.

Price, who was born in Vancouver, lives about four hours east of the city in Kelowna, British Columbia with his family.

The veteran goalie has not played a game with the Canadiens since April 29, 2022. He has not officially retired from the NHL.
