Bolts Family Game Night

On March 3rd, 2019, the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Lightning Foundation hosted the first Bolts Family Game Night presented by DEX Imaging and Shriners Hospitals for Children at the historic Tampa Theatre in downtown Tampa.

Bolts Family Game Night featured the entire Lightning roster split into two teams, Team Blue and Team Black, competing in game-show style competitions for bragging rights with fans as the studio audience. Players competed in games modeled after game-show favorites including Fan Feud, Caption This, puck stacking competition, and more and enabled fans to get the knows players off the ice.

After the game show, fans were invited to a post-game-show Block Party outside the theater. Fans were able to interact with players at several activity stations such as street hockey, foosball, ping pong, and more. Fans also had the opportunity to participate in photograph and autograph opportunities with select players.

Proceeds from the Bolts Family Game Night benefited local charities through the Lightning Foundation!
