For Members/Partial Plan Holders who ARE ALREADY ENROLLED in Black and Red Rewards, here's how you can find your Rewards QR Code

  1. Open the NJ Devils + Prudential Center App
  2. Tap on the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
  3. Select “Open Rewards” and sign into your rewards account
  4. Tap the “Scan” button at the bottom of the Rewards home screen to see your QR Code
  5. Scan your QR Code at the register, pay for your purchase, and start saving!

How To Register For Black and Red Rewards

For Members/Partial Plan Holders who ARE NOT YET REGISTERED, in Black and Red Rewards, please follow these steps to register. Once complete, follow the steps above to find your Rewards QR Code to take advantage of this benefit.

  1. Download the NJ Devils + Prudential Center App (Search “NJ Devils + Prudential Center” in the App Store or Google Play)
  2. Tap on the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
  3. Select Join Rewards
  4. Register your account using the same email address as your Devils Membership/Plan Holder account
  5. Follow the steps above to access your Rewards QR Code

Black and Red Rewards is an exciting program for Devils Season Ticket Members and Partial Plan Holders (11+ games) that rewards them for their engagement and activity all year-long including a state-of-the-art game day experience. Fans earn points throughout the year that they can use to redeem on some of the best and most exclusive Devils experiences, merchandise, and memorabilia available today!

Who is eligible?

Black and Red Rewards is exclusively available to Black & Red Members and Partial Plan Holders of 11+ games.

How do I participate?

Black and Red Rewards is available for free in the NJ Devils + Prudential Center app. Download the app today App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android).

How do I register?

It's simple! After you have downloaded and opened the Devils + Pru, sign into your Devils account, then open your Profile. Select Black and Red Rewards tap on Register and enter the same email associated with your Season Ticket Membership.

When does the Program end?

Black and Red Members/Partial Plan Holders can earn points and claim prizes 365 days a year! Look for new redeemable items to be added before and during the NHL regular season.

What rewards will be offered? What can I redeem?

How do I earn points?

Earning points is easy. Keep doing what you do as a fan.

How do I make a redemption?

Once you're inside the program, click on the marketplace icon, select the item you'd like to redeem, add it to your cart and follow the instructions.

How do I receive my redemption?

Fanatics related items are shipped directly to your doorstep! Simply enter your shipping address upon checkout.

For "in house" items, upon check out, you will be asked to select your desired pickup time and location at an upcoming Devils home game.

Activated Game Day Experience. What Is It?

Take part in a one-of-a-kind game day experience that revolutionizes the way you interact with the live game. Engage in real-time by answering on the spot questions during stoppages in the game. It's produced and tailored to each specific game and constantly reacts to the action. With the Game Day Experience, you can earn more points while also competing against other fans for amazing prizes.

Checking into the game for points. What is the difference between "Attending" and "Watching"?

Tapping on "Attending" allows fans to earn points for in-venue attendance. These check-ins will provide fans the most points! Tapping on "Watching" allows fans to earn points for watching the game outside of the arena -- from home or wherever they are. A user can select "Watching" multiple times throughout the game to earn additional points.

Can I return a redeemed item?

All store redemptions are final. We cannot refund or exchange your order. Please ensure your order is correct before proceeding.

If I redeem tickets, how do I receive them?

Once approved, tickets will be added directly to your Devils Ticketing Account. Please allow up to 48 hours for tickets to be added to your account.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of an order at any time by tapping on "Your Orders" in the Marketplace. Most physical items will be shipped directly to you and you will be provided a tracking number.
