MONTREAL -- The Canadiens will have a strong presence in the semi-finals at the IIHF World Championship.
Josh Anderson, Joel Armia, Sean Farrell and Jordan Harris all qualified with quarterfinal victories on Thursday. Anderson was held without a point in Canada's dramatic come-from-behind 4-3 overtime win over Sweden. Claude Julien's contingent battled back from a 3-0 deficit to keep their tournament hopes alive.
Elsewhere, Armia was also held off the scoresheet in Finland's 4-2 triumph over Slovakia. For his part, Farrell collected an assist in the United States' 3-0 shutout of Switzerland.
Harris didn't dress for the Americans and still hasn't played in the event. Here are the semi-final matchups on Saturday: Finland vs. United States
