Frederik Dichow headed to 2023 IIHF World Championship
The Danish netminder was drafted by the Canadiens in 2019

MONTREAL - Canadiens prospect Frederik Dichow will represent Denmark at the 2023 IIHF World Championship in Tampere, Finland and Riga, Latvia, from May 12-28.
The Dane is making his third appearance at Worlds, having previously been named to his country's roster in 2021 and 2022.

Dichow has also represented Denmark at the 2022 Olympic Games, as well as at the U16, U17, U18 and U20 levels.
The 22-year-old, drafted 138th overall by Montreal in 2019, played in a backup role for Frolunda HC in his first full season in the Swedish Hockey League.
He owned a 8-7-0 record, to go along with a 2.76 goals-against average and .899 save percentage with the Swedish club in league play, while going undefeated (3-0-0) with a 1.95 GAA and .917 SV% in the Champions Hockey League.
