MONTREAL - Nick Suzuki scored his first two goals of the season, but the Canadiens lost 7-2 to the New York Rangers at the Bell Centre on Tuesday.
Samuel Montembeault started the game for Montreal but was replaced by Cayden Primeau midway through the opening frame. Primeau made 32 saves in relief of Montembeault.
