TeamFIT
TeamFIT, presented by Great Clips, is designed to provide students with tools and instructions for physical, nutritional, and emotional wellness. The program is open to elementary & middle school students, grades 3 – 8, in the Denver Metro area.
Participation for your school or community group may include the following:
- • A fitness workout and hockey lessons led by Avalanche representatives
- • Appearances from Colorado Avalanche Ambassadors, Mascots and/or Ice Patrol members
- • A gift bag of health-inspired Avalanche TeamFIT swag that will reinforce lessons learned in the program

- • Appearances by Players, Coaches, Alumni, or other gameday celebrities is NOT guaranteed.
- • Submitting an application does NOT guarantee selection for the program.
- • Typical program timeframe is 1-hour between 1:00 – 3:00pm. Start and end times may vary depending on the team practice schedule.
